Inquilino | Mount Barker, SA, Australia
I’m a fifty three yr old female, friendly and working, respectful and accepting individual who pays my bills on time and come with excellent rental references. I’m available straight away.I have a small older dog I’d like to keep with me if possible. He’s no trouble.I also have teen yr old sons who stay with me twenty nights a year on Saturdays fortnightly and some in between. They would stay in my room and I have a single modular lounge that converts to a bed. The other would sleep next to me. If there’s enough room in the room I would look at purchasing and double convertible lounge for them. Hoping to keep costs to two hundred and fifty dollars incl bills if possible. Have furniture if necessary and prefer onsight parking. Contact h l z h u t c h at g m a i l d o t c o m. Thanks
