Ive had a spare room I was using for guests or my friends kids to sleep in, but its time I rent it out! You get your own spacious room, big bathroom, and all the amenities on the property (inside & outside gym, pool, clubhouses, private offices, etc). Washer & dryer in unit. Utilities not included but we’d split it halfway regardless. It does have a dual queen bunkbed in there currently with a tv, I can take out the bunkbed and you can keep the TV in there if you’d like. Honestly whatever works.:) I dont mind a parent and child renting the space either! I do have a tiny 8lb cavapoo (fully potty trained and doesnt shed) so you’d have to be okay with cuddles & loving from her. cool with one more pet (depending on the type) but ideally no animals. You will be on the lease so just be prepared for background, credit, income check. Ideally a female roommate. I dont mind guests as long as their respectful & everybody knows ahead of time who’s coming over. I do have a boyfriend that comes over once or twice a month for the weekend. No smoking preferred! tidy and would love for you to be as well. Pretty laid back. I work and play soccer so I keep myself busy!
