The house is fully ready to move in. Both the common areas and private rooms are fully furnished. with optional bedding (sheets, pillows, and bedspread) provided at no additional cost. The room also includes a Roku streaming TV. The cooling is central air conditioning. The heating and cooking are gas. A professional housekeeper cleans the property's common areas and bathrooms three times a month (approximately every 10 days).
