The rent includes utilities and we’ll share common areas. I’m moving in May15th and will post pictures then. The room will be ready for you June 1st, it can be furnished or unfurnished. The apartment is right in the middle of everything and 5 minutes from I-95. Chasewood is a beautiful community and there is a reference and background check involved to live here.

There’s a bathroom not connected to the room, but right off the hall that would be yours. No washing machine or microwave; laundry rooms are down the hall, but not in the unit. There's a great view of the canal from my place, and you'd have access to the community pool (heated, not that you need that in summer) and clubhouse. The room is fully furnished with a futon bed (quality mattress), a small desk, a rolling chair, a Kallax shelf, a standing lamp, and closet space. Ideally, you would not need much space of your own, as this is meant for a temporary work stay. The minimum term is 3 months, and the maximum term would be through October 2026. No possibility to start renting after May 25, and the first and last month's rent would be due upon signing the agreement.
