Looking for a female roommate around my age who’s easygoing, respectful, and ideally open to the possibility of becoming friends 😊 I work as a night shift nurse at OHSU, so my schedule can be a bit unconventional, but I’m generally quiet when I’m home and value a calm, comfortable living space. I’m currently based in the Tanasbourne area and really like my complex, but I’m also open to exploring other nearby options. My current lease is ending soon, and since month-to-month rent is getting expensive, I’m hoping to find a roommate situation that helps make living in Portland more affordable, especially as I’ll be taking family leave at times to go back to Indiana to help care for my mom, so I may be splitting time between both places for a while. I do have a cat, Liddy. She’s a Bengal mix. Shes very sweet and affectionate, but she can play a little rough at times (we’re working on it). She would likely be with me when I travel unless we agree otherwise. A little about me: I love hiking, traveling, antique book collecting, music festivals, baking (I’m more of a baker than a cook, my girlfriend handles most of the cooking 😂), photography, and trying new things. I’m pretty adaptable and happy to establish shared expectations like chore charts or house agreements to keep things easy and drama free. As a nurse I would need the apartment party favor free. My husband Josh (26) and I (Chelcee 27) share the master bedroom and have a small mini Aussie blue healer mix dog named Willie. We also have a medium haired orange and white cat named Norman. Both animals are very friendly with people and other animals. Both Josh and I work at the local hospital, I am a case manager and Josh is a monitor technician.

There is one very sweet cat who is quiet and friendly, however we are not accepting other animals at this time as the cat does not do well with other pets. There are four of us currently living here, and you will be sharing the upstairs bathroom with two people. We are all working individuals (ages range from 26-30) who mainly keep to our own spaces or are out and about, so the house stays pretty quiet most days, but casual hangouts are always welcome! Plenty of street parking and we typically share the driveway spot. Garage space is utilized for storage. Third floor. Small room but cheap price, includes all bills except the electricity bill which changes throughout the year and is through PGE. Laundry room down stairs in main building. Will be unfurnished when moving in. The room has one window, heating, a small closet, and carpet flooring. It can fit a full size mattress, a dresser, and a small desk but not a lot more. I also don’t use my living space very much which has a large TV and couch, and of course is for everyone to use! No pantry, but have shelving for food. No dining area, but we could find something to work maybe if that’s important to you! I’m very flexible! I have two cats (unsure about adding more, but we can discuss) and work full time with people with disabilities. Also in school part time. I really only spend evenings and weekend mornings and nights at home! Will be going through my leasing department upon decision to move in, it was very simple last time!
