The landlords rules are no pets and no smoking. There are cameras outside to ensure that all tenants follow those rules. There’s only 4 parking spaces on property and they’re currently all occupied. If you have a vehicle, it would have to be parked on the street or in the public parking lot behind Eli Cannon’s.
