I'm a 24 yr old dude and I have a room available for rent in a townhouse. You'd have your own room, closet and bathroom. There is a balcony if you wanna smoke a joint or just chill outside. Laundry room in my house. Shared space would be for everyone so feel free to use the kitchen, TV, etc. Youre welcome to bring visitors i dont care, just use good judgement on who you bring over. I have 2 cats, they dont have claws so they cant tear anything up. I dont care if youre messy, just make sure the mess stays in your room. 420 and alcohol friendly, would just want you to smoke on the balcony if youre killing a joint though. I work all weekdays and have school sometimes after.
