Hi I'm a professional renting a room in a townhouse in an upscale community in Richmond Hill. House is a keyless smart home with central air, which I leave on all summer. As you can see in some of the pictures I am very clean and organized. So all I ask it take care of my home as if you paid for stuff and enjoy them. You are allowed to use anything in the kitchen and living area.I'm looking for a professional like me and proof of employment. First month rent and security deposit on move in Available September 1st.

Available at the start of June, I have one furnished room (bed, dresser set, night stand, desk) for the listed price (which includes the cost of utilities) but I can come down slightly if I have to. Pets are welcome at no additional cost, and I don't charge a security deposit. The whole house is very smart home integrated, from lights to a robot army maintaining the floors and yard, I try to keep the home convenient. I am located in a relatively quiet suburb in Richmond Hill that is NOT part of an HOA, so no worries about my neighbors micromanaging us. Please contact me to set up a time to see the place and we can get this rolling.(I do no have pictures of the room furnished right now, as the room is still in use, so you can see it when you get here out of respect for the current roommate).
