I live with my husky and 2 cats, plus 2 birds. I am a working professional, looking for a friendly and responsible roommate who is also an animal lover. Helps me keep the house clean and neat and maybe on my absence help me with pets. I don’t enjoy traffic of visitors. I enjoy being low key and having privacy, and not have strangers come in and go. House has cameras for security. Price is based on everything included for private bedroom, and bathroom with indoor garage space. Common areas usage is fine, especially for kitchen; I expect for you to have your own basic pottery, and keep the kitchen clean and hygienic along with the rest of the house after use. Room is furnished and enough space in closet for clothing. I can’t accommodate overload of items if you have lots of boxes of extra items that need storage. Because i already have pets, I can’t have additional pets or kids in the house. I’m overall a very friendly person and I hope to have good and supportive friendship as we live together.
