The house is located in a safe neighborhood just 12 minutes from USC’s main campus and is close to restaurants, grocery stores, a Walgreens, urgent care, and Midlands Technical College. It features 2 spacious bedrooms with large closets, 2.5 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a furnished living room, along with a washer and dryer. There is plenty of free parking in the long driveway, as well as a front and back porch and a backyard with a fire pit. I enjoy working out, going to sporting events, surfing, and hanging out with friends, and I like to keep the house clean and organized. I am looking for a roomate. I am currently renting a two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment located in central Columbia, just off the Gervais Street bridge. A master bedroom is available with a private bathroom. The place has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, pool and grill access, small dog park with waste stations throughout the complex, and valet trash service (included in rent).There are no additional monthly fees: no monthly utility, water, or parking fees (all is included in the rent). Electricity will be split evenly. I do not smoke. You may vape is fine but no actual smoking in the apartment. I have no pets. If you have a dog or other pets, I am open for a conversation. If you do bring pets, there may be a pet charge and monthly charge from the apartment complex.
