Wife is moving out so I'm subleasing the room out at least 3 months to all the way out June of next year(situation will change depending on my wife and I's relationship decision). The room is 850 w/water and sewage included. The only utilities will be power and WiFi. They will be around 150 give or take a few dollars due to power cost fluctuations.
