Male 50's, please read profile

Coinquilino | San Leandro, CA, USA

I'm a young at heart man in my 50's, open minded, low drama, easy going, and health conscious. A Bay Area Native that likes to cook, hike, an avid cyclist, plays guitar, and has a few other hobbies, that keeps me physically and creatively active. My main job is a data collection driver with a start up robotics company that develops software for SUVs. I drive for Lyft/Uber/Instacart sometimes and also buy and sell vinyl records at record swaps, stores, pop ups, online, and to private collectors, etc to supplement my income and feed my vinyl obsession. I am looking for a room to rent long term. Areas preferred are San Leandro, Oakland, Alameda, and Berkeley. I have a small dog (15lbs) who is well trained, and friendly. He is 11 yrs old and stays with me on my days off, but when I'm working, he stays with close relatives. On average he stays with me 2 to 3 days at most in a week sometimes less. He is either with me or with relatives. Just to be clear he is never at my place by himself ( you won't have to be responsible for him when I am gone from apt )More about me: I grew up in SF and worked in bars and clubs as a DJ for 30+ years. Now I like to live a more quiet life as a vinyl record enthusiast, keyboard, guitar player ( think experimental ) who is very considerate of other roommates and neighbors as far as noise level and where and when I play my instruments. I am looking into sharing a rehearsal space in the future, to do this somewhere other than my home as well. 420 friendly, and an LGBTQ+ ally. I can be quiet and keep to myself but also like being involved in house activities like cooking and eating together, attending social events together, diy house projects, conversations, watching films, etc, with my roommates. Communication, accountability, and keeping common areas clean are some things I feel strongly about in a living situation with others.

Female Room Needed SF - Aug

Coinquilino | San Bruno, CA, USA

Hello! I'm Hazan (26). I moved to San Francisco a few months ago for work and I'm currently a flight attendant based in the Bay Area. I'm looking for a new room starting in August after my current lease ends. My budget is around $1,100/month. The room doesn't need to be large, and I'm flexible with furnished or unfurnished both work for me. I’m mainly looking for a clean, safe, and respectful home environment. Because of my job, I’m away flying most of the time and not home very often. I also travel out of town regularly to visit my cats (they won’t be living with me, but I do visit them often—and I’ll probably show pictures because they’re too cute not to share 😊). Ideally, I’m looking for a place with easy access to SFO Airport, BART, or reliable public transportation since commuting is important for my schedule. I’m also open to safe areas in Oakland as long as they’re close to BART and convenient for work travel. A little more about me: I’m very quiet, clean, and respectful. I value keeping shared spaces tidy and peaceful, and I always clean up after myself. I enjoy cooking and meal-prepping for my trips, and I like keeping things organized since my schedule can be unpredictable. In my free time, I enjoy watching anime and K-dramas, reading books, exploring cute coffee shops, and doing photography. I love finding nice spots around the city, especially places with good light and aesthetic views. I also really enjoy calm, cozy home environments. I’d love a friendly roommate situation where we can occasionally hang out, chat, or share a meal, while still fully respecting each other’s personal space and privacy. A peaceful and respectful home balance is very important to me. I would respectfully prefer female-only housing. If you have a room available or know of anything that might fit, please feel free to message me. I would really appreciate any leads or recommendations. Thank you so much for your time 🤍
