He is 11 yrs old and stays with me on my days off, but when I'm working, he stays with close relatives. On average he stays with me 2 to 3 days at most in a week sometimes less. He is either with me or with relatives. Just to be clear he is never at my place by himself ( you won't have to be responsible for him when I am gone from apt )More about me: I grew up in SF and worked in bars and clubs as a DJ for 30+ years. Now I like to live a more quiet life as a vinyl record enthusiast, keyboard, guitar player ( think experimental ) who is very considerate of other roommates and neighbors as far as noise level and where and when I play my instruments. I am looking into sharing a rehearsal space in the future, to do this somewhere other than my home as well. 420 friendly, and an LGBTQ+ ally. I can be quiet and keep to myself but also like being involved in house activities like cooking and eating together, attending social events together, diy house projects, conversations, watching films, etc, with my roommates. Communication, accountability, and keeping common areas clean are some things I feel strongly about in a living situation with others.
