Roommate Finder in California, USA

We have a single bedroom and shareable bathroom available for May 1st. Parking available on the street very safe area and parking available on the side of the house. We keep our house nice and clean and we have a house cleaner who comes weekly to clean. Kitchen is available for use and we have an extra refrigerator if needed to put food. No pets allowed and no overnight guest allowed, it’s a family home so we have to respect others safety. No drugs or any substance allowed. We do have Cal State Fullerton and Fullerton College near by and other colleges as well and freeways and shopping centers too.
