I am looking for one or two people (Preferably female) to join me in a two or three bedroom apartment near Astoria for an August 1st move in date. I am open to other areas but will be working in midtown so I would like to stay within a hours transit. My max budget is 1500 including utilities but the less the better. I myself try to clean up after myself as much as possible when using shared spaces but I don’t mind it when others don’t, as long as it doesn’t become excessive (like trash or dishes piling up to much).
