Looking an entire Apartment to rent
שוכר | Melbourne Central, Melbourne, VIC, Australia
Hi everyone 😊 My husband and I are relocating to Melbourne from NSW around the week of 20 April and are currently looking for a 1 bedroom apartment (or 2 bedroom) in Melbourne CBD. Details: • Budget: $550 – $600 per week • 1 car space required • Open to lease transfer or new lease • Looking for a 12-month lease/ extendable lease. starting late April • Not looking for shared accommodation — we’d prefer our own space We both have stable full-time jobs, excellent rental history, and can provide our rental ledger and references if needed. If anyone knows of an available apartment or is looking for someone to take over their lease, we would really appreciate any leads. Please feel free to message me. Thank you so much!
