There is 1 male professional/vet occupant and 1 female (not a couple) occupying the 2 other bedrooms downstairs. You will have total privacy in your own your upstairs room with bath. You also have use of the common areas. Tenants should be easy-going and respect everyones belongings and maintain cleanliness in common areas such as the living room, dining area and kitchen. Maintain reasonable noise in the evenings.
