Please note this is a Room for rent NOT the entire house.

Only looking for female tenants. Room will be available on August 1st. Tenant would need to sign a year long lease. Three bedroom house, one master bedroom and two other bedrooms. Tenant would share the household with two other people. Cost for renting would be $630.83. Also $30 for internet/wifi (1/3 of the bill). Tenant would also have to pay 1/3 of utilities (gas, electricity, etc.)usually ranging from $70-100 for your portion.
