Looking for 1 or 2 roommates for our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Ohio City. $950 per month. One of my roommates is moving out end of November for her job so I’m looking for someone to take over her room. I’m looking to stay until Summer 2027 at least. The new Lease would start December 1 2026, but this is flexible. One of us is a medical resident and the other works in research. We’re between 25-30 years old, friends, keep a clean space, social/outgoing but noise mindful, and I’d say we’re generally pretty normal guys.
