It is 148 ft^2: 132 ft^2 of main space plus ~16 ft^2 of close space. We have high speed internet, which includes WiFi or hard cable for every of the apartment because we're all gamers. The bathroom is shared with two other roommates. In order to live in the apartment, you have to join the lease, which requires a background and credit check by the apartment complex for $75.
