Large family house with a nice private ’ room off the front door. The shared bathroom is next to the room. Access to laundry and common areas of the house. The $ rent includes all utilities and wireless internet. There will only be street parking off a private residential road. We have pets and will consider another but that will be a individual conversation.

You’d have a room and full bath to yourself. Laundry is in the unit and really new. It’s a bath sq. Really nice backyard! We’d split everything down the middle. Rent is currently $ a month utilities included. Electric and WiFi are separate. Dm if you’re interested. I’m super clean (we can discuss our definitions of clean as well) and typically just watch movies in my room ,read or game but these days I work at trimet as a bus operator so I’m gone a lot. Currently Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. Typically have my dog outside unless it’s raining then she’s stays inside until I get home for her daily walk. Working on creating a cozy dog house for her. Pets welcomed , nerds of all genres welcomed , lgbtq+ welcome all races and ethinicities and religious backgrounds. I don’t smoke because of my job but definitely friendly.
