I have two rooms available on the main floor and I’m open to two options, (utilities included): • One person who wants the 2 bedrooms. ~$2300 • OR two separate people (we’d split rent roughly in thirds) ~$1325/ea.If you’d only like 1 room, we will have to split 50/50 until a third is found. ($2076) My bedroom is upstairs with its own living room area where I work from home.
