Cute 3 bed 1 bath house in Parma OH. I got this lease started in February of 2026 and my previous roommate is backing out. I am looking for someone to move in who respects boundaries, responsible with bills and around my age. I do not have much of any furniture in the house yet so anything you want to bring, you are welcome to do so!! There are hookups for washer and dryer but I have yet to get them due to my busy schedule.

Two bed one bath, bedroom already has a new bed setup (mattress included), dresser, and TV. Fully furnished, lakefront view as shown. Unfortunately there are no pets allowed, but watching the sunset over the water everyday definitely makes up for it!
