HOA does require a minimum stay of ninety days and up to thirty to process an application. HOA application fees are three hundred. I am a surgical assistant during the week and have a weekend job as well. I have a dog named Tuna, he has his own room and is crated when I am away. I am quiet and clean, and basically home to sleep and study. Night shift roommates welcome, last roommate was night shift and it was perfect, no complaints from either in regards to noise or trouble sleeping. Have had roommates who worked various schedules and happy to have whatever.
