It is a gated property and comes with a parking pass for designated parking spot and key fob. There is a pool and spa available. Laundry facilities are available on property too (though not in-unit). Additionally, all utilities are covered in total rent cost. Your room will be unfurnished and ready for a personal touch. The rest of the apartment is already fully furnished. - 5-minute walk to Cal State Fullerton - Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby - Smoking permitted outside the gate.
