As well as only being minutes from Saint Pete, and not too much further from Tampa.I’m a year old guy, pretty laid back, and easy to live with. Ideally, I’m looking for someone in their s or early s who’s responsible, pays rent on time, and keeps shared spaces reasonably tidy.
