Wi-Fi Shared kitchen and dining room space with me and my friend Aleigha (who lives in another one of the bedrooms) -LGBTQ+ friendly house’ -Peaceful neighborhood with parking along the street near the house -Included pictures show room, (yes, previous owner made questionable paint decisions with colors, they must have had kids:D ), your bathroom, and the shared living room and kitchen area. Note that the furniture in the pictures is no longer the same. Bedroom does come with a full-size bed (if desired), and has dark-out curtains now. -Friendly introverted working professionals (Nurses/Nurse Practitioners/Hotel Services) as roommate(s). -My downstairs basement is a fully built-out private apartment with its own kitchen and all, so that is rented to another friend who lives in their own world separated from the rest of the house.
