This is a small house in old Commerce City - 10 minutes to Rino, City Park, Central Park. Easy access to DIA and all Major Highways & 25. Your space is a recently renovated basement bedroom with en-suite bath, and semi-private sitting room plenty of light. Back door leads directly to your space. We share the kitchen, which is at the top of the stairs by the back door, and the laundry room, which is off your sitting room. You have recessed lighting and dimmer switches in both rooms. One large egress window, and three additional windows in your room. There are no windows in the sitting room, but it gets plenty of light through the back door window. Floors are wood laminate. There is a small fridge in your space with some additional space in my fridge. I am the only roommate, living on the main floor with Romeo and Luna- my 12 year old cats. Your unit is approximately 425sf. Landlords pay utilities except internet which we share ($25/ea.) We are responsible for yard. Close to Sprouts, Natural Grocers, Walmart, Sam’s and King Soopers with GVR Costco a little further. Walking distance to trails at RMA Wildlife Reserve, and Dicks Sporting Goods Park. The 88 Bus is walkable. On a dead end street with great neighbors who have been here 20+ years. I care for the stray and feral cats in the neighborhood. No additional pets please. I am older- in my sixties and relatively quiet. I am a gig worker, and usually gone afternoons and evenings. LGBTQ friendly, no drugs.Avail. July 1. Landlords are great, but do require an application/background check ($35.)

First room is a decent size 11x13$650 /month with window facing the North side of the house no direct sunlight but for sure light, and a regular closet. 2nd room is also in the basement window facing East so some direct sun in the morning. Closet under the stairs so extra storage space in the closet. The back yard is a shared space. NO DOGS AND NO MORE CATS. We have one short haired cat. Caged pets are okay based on lease agreement. Shared bathroom in basement. Another bathroom, if necessary, is upstairs. Shared kitchen space for cooking, with small table for eating and possible food prep but not for renters to hang out since it bleeds into our living area upstairs. There is cooking dishes and utensils with no space for additional. Dining room is a partial part of the kitchen. Basically you cook, you eat, you clean is the mentality for the space and is not actually a hang out space. Shared laundry is available on. All detergents must be HE friendly, no exceptions. Month to month lease. THESE ARE BASEMENT ROOMS. If you cannot move up and down stairs without issues then this will not work for you. YOU HAVE TO BE WORKING OUTSIDE OF THE HOME FOR THIS TO BE A FIT.
