I I'm offering half of my apartment you would have access to the entire apartment other than the bedroom this is a 1250 square foot apartment in Alameda it's in a gated community super quiet super clean the pictures don't do it justice if you're interested in this contact me and we can set up a viewing there's immediate moving if you like I'm in fire prevention and I'm not home most of the time the complex has two laundry rooms a pool and again it is gated and safe. There are privacy dividers in the living room which would be the room as being rented it's furnished but you're able to bring your own stuff too if you like there's minimal storage space but if you're coming from another room there's plenty of space to store your stuff here my last roommate shows to move the house fit out of the living room and place his own twin bed out there and that was and that was fine with it if you do that as well or use the brand new pull out couch.
