Hello! I would like to move off my mom's floor. However, like all of us here, I'm underpaid and cannot afford to go at it alone. There's plenty of places for like a month around. Splitting that at each, then splitting wifi and electric would make it roughly each (assuming I didn't just mess up my math)I really don't care about age or gender. As long as you respect my personal items and area, can communicate like an adult if I upset you, keep food and dishes cleaned up, and can pay your half of everything...we will get along nicely. To be honest, you would hardly know I'm there unless I'm getting spawn camped by a fkn sombra. I won't have guests over except for my mom occasionally, and my boyfriend when I'm not at his place. I don't smoke or drink, but as long as you aren't rowdy too late, or belligerent....do you. I don't have pets, but I don't care if you do. But you're in charge of your own pet rent, and pet care. I don't want to find pee or crap on anything. Bonus if we can play overwatch or dead by daylight together and send each other an UNGODLY amount of tiktoks. I'll always come to you if I have an issue, I always make sure I have rent first, and I try to be as quiet as I can. If you already have a place and need a person, I'm there. If you're looking for a place and still need a person....I'm there. For price reference: I work at Taco Bell. I make roughly weeks. ( an hour and she only gives me hours)Idk what my credit is...but I can't imagine it's good.
