The baby will be 3 months. I think this position would be ideal for:A student- because I am not your mom and I don’t care if you bring your bf (gf/ they friend) over. As well as, it is okay if your class schedule changes every 3 months (every semester), as I set my own schedule and can accommodate. I think this position would not suit:Someone who is not physically capable of holding back a large dog. Lifestyle:I do not care if you smoke weed or cigarettes but you must shower before holding the baby. I do not care if you drink recreationally. Loud music doesn’t bother me or the baby and I don’t really care what time of day you play it. Boarding:You can choose between a furnished or unfurnished room. All utilities included. All streaming included. All toiletries included. All groceries included. Amenities:Laundry in unit. Pool/ sauna on property. Guest parking available and I will lobby for you to get permanent parking with the HOA. Rent: $1000 + Labor Move-In: May or June I am flexible about rent/ pay. Example: full time baby sitting and no rent. Example: part time baby sitting and $500 rent.
