Hey, I'm Evante. Originally from Atlanta, but I've been in the Bay Area for the last several years and am looking to land in Oakland. I run a small research and strategy firm, so I'm usually either working, reading, or out meeting with clients. Home is pretty low-key for me. Mostly I'm just looking for a place with good people who communicate well, respect each other's space, and want a calm, comfortable home. I tend to get along with just about anyone who's considerate and easygoing.
