I have one black-capped conure who is not terribly noisy. He will screech sometimes but never at night, especially not when his cage is covered. I usually cover him between 8-9pm. My cleanliness is average, I pick up after myself, I'll wash dishes and take out trash, chore charts are my favorite method of chore splitting. I like to cook for everyone in the household if I can. I prefer an environment where we could be friendly, I don't prefer non-communicative businesslike arrangements. I don't like dogs. Other pets are okay. I don't smoke nicotine but I do smoke cannabis, outside-only arrangements are fine.
