The lease is a month to month so it is very flexible.The rent is $ including wifi, hydro, heat, etc…Only thing extra is the coin operated machines.Clean room in a shared house in the basement. Basement is furnished with kitchen, dining table, couch, oven and has 2 bathrooms.There is storage in the back and free parking.
