Clean, quiet, and conveniently located right off the 10 in an active area with lots of different stores and restaurants nearby-0.3 miles from the nearest bus stop, multiple grocery stores within 1.1 miles, sprouts, Target, Costco etc I’d like to share the apartment to reduce costs for myself. Common areas are furnished, bedroom is semi-furnished. Everything is in working order and all the appliances function extremely well, extra mini fridge too.
