The apartment is mostly furnished with the essentials. My bedroom is furnished with bed/dresser/bedside table/desk. I am open to leaving furniture, if desired, or moving it out. You will have access to your own covered garage parking space, pool, and 2 gyms. Rent is about $1000/mo per person, in addition to splitting electric and WiFi… usually comes out to an extra $75/mo per person.
