The house has in-unit laundry, on- garage and parking, a full yard with a kitchen garden, and a lot of storage space. You would rent a bedroom with its own walk-in closet. The room is open by the end of June, and a 2nd room should be available around mid-July. The garage has 3 stalls. You can rent one for an additional $150. Water is covered by landlords, and trash is part of our rental bill. We cover electric and wifi. There is no central AC.
