bathroom, spacious with a kitchen and washer / dryer, and parking. i have four other roommates who are in their separate rooms. only a couple minute drive from campus, a minute bike, or a fifteen minute walk. all my roommates are UF seniors and pretty chill. the price is a month before utilities, but i’m willing to negotiate! let me know if you are interested. my is i don't have many photos, but i can take a drive down and get better ones for u/ show you around if that works for you. i’m also moving out, so you would be able to keep a ton of free stuff, like my mattress, my bedframe, dresser, etc
