room for rent

Description

my lease ends in july and currently looking for a woman who needs a room to live with me for the remainder of these 6 months on the west side.

it’s a b apartment. i do have a son he’s 1 years old. two bunnies and one cat. home is kept clean. rent would be around $ for each of us and that’s included utilities and wifi. right now the room is filled with my sons things but can easily be cleared out. you’ll have your own bathroom to use.

some things about me years old i love to be out in nature, read books and play games. pretty chill and keep to myself. i would prefer someone on the younger side or someone who is also a mom open to anyone as long as it’s a woman!

side note these next two months i’ll be gone frequently at night due to rehearsals for a play! also a student so i have classes to attend to.
