I am looking for a roommate to move in after June 1st. I’m 22 and have a dog and 4 fish tanks. I like to keep my community space relatively clean and organized. The community space will come completely furnished in the kitchen and living room. We have a full backyard that is mostly dirt because of my dog ripping up the grass. But it has a patio and a smoker and charcoal grill, both of which are clean and ready for the summer. The bedroom comes with a queen sized bed and the desk seen in the corner but nothing else. If you aren’t interested in those furnishings the landlord can take care of them. We are happy to have a new dog or two in the house but cats are probably a no go because my dog has a very high prey drive.
