ABOUT THE HOUSE: The house is a BA craftsman in the heart of Highland Park. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and plenty of parking on the residential streets (Not at all like Hollywood where parking is a nightmare). The house is fully furnished but please note, that the room itself is unfurnished. There is also a separate guest house in the back where there is also a tenant - so a total of three tenants in the house and one more in the separate back house. ABOUT THE ROOMThe room has a large closet and two windows. You will be sharing a bathroom with another roommate (he is very clean and respectful). Please note the room will not be furnished. There is a 1-year minimum lease, which will then roll over to month-to-month.LOCATIONThe house is located 1 block from the popular York Blvd where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and nightlife. There is a supermarket called Super A, a 2 min walk away. There is also a Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, Target and Vons about a 5 min drive away. We are also 5 mins from Figueroa St and Colorado Blvd where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, etc. CURRENT ROOMMATES:The two roommates in the house are in their early-mid F). They all work full-time. A must for any new addition is that they are drama-free, reliable with bills, and respectful of communal spaces as we have a very harmonious environment in the house. PETS:There is a lb dog in the house so you must be dog-friendly. She is very well-behaved, sweet, and trained. Unfortunately, we cannot have any additional pets.

However, because the short term rental market is not as thriving as it used to be, in addition to that, we're now looking for an in house roommate, living on a longer term basis with us, on a month to month contract agreement. The property has bedrooms, bathrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, office, laundry, patio, backyard, pool, spa, fire pit, barbecue and spectacular views. You will have, inside the main house, your own furnished private bedroom facing the front (queen bed, new mattress, new linens, nightstands, lamps, desk, chair, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, window blind, wifi, smart TV) and your own nearby private bathroom (toilet, shower, double sink, storage, window blind). You will also have access to the living/dining room, kitchen, patio, backyard and pool (not heated), but you will not have access to the master bedroom, master bathroom, office, spa, fire pit and barbecue. One important thing is that when the guesthouse is rented, you will have to give our guests complete privacy, meaning not making contact, keeping it as discreet as possible and not sharing the outside space with them. It's because they pay a for their privacy. To make all of this work, we've set up a few rules: no smoking, no drugs, no pets, no visitors and should be vaccinated ;)
