My name is Ken, I'm retired, I'm a former successful art gallery owner and I live full time in Palm Springs, with my partner Alex, a charming young man of years, who was born in France. We are a gay couple, very pleasant to be around, extremely organized, incredibly clean, very quiet and private. Not to mention, that we also have a big heart. And, we believe that being here for each other is our value in life! We own a beautiful luxurious house that we have personally designed, in a very desirable neighborhood, which has gotten expensive to maintain over time. To keep up with the cost, we rent out, on a short term rental basis, the attached independent guesthouse. However, because the short term rental market is not as thriving as it used to be, in addition to that, we're now looking for an in house roommate, living on a longer term basis with us, on a month to month contract agreement. The property has bedrooms, bathrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, office, laundry, patio, backyard, pool, spa, fire pit, barbecue and spectacular views. You will have, inside the main house, your own furnished private bedroom facing the front (queen bed, new mattress, new linens, nightstands, lamps, desk, chair, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, window blind, wifi, smart TV) and your own nearby private bathroom (toilet, shower, double sink, storage, window blind). You will also have access to the living/dining room, kitchen, patio, backyard and pool (not heated), but you will not have access to the master bedroom, master bathroom, office, spa, fire pit and barbecue. One important thing is that when the guesthouse is rented, you will have to give our guests complete privacy, meaning not making contact, keeping it as discreet as possible and not sharing the outside space with them. It's because they pay a for their privacy. To make all of this work, we've set up a few rules: no smoking, no drugs, no pets, no visitors and should be vaccinated ;)
