The kitchen (also spacious) and the entrance hall would be shared. it is all furnished and well equipped. The flat is in Carolinas Bajas. I am the only flatmate and I have my own unit on the other side of the hall. So you would almost have the space and privacy of an apartment but also a flatmate.
