I am seeking a room to rent for my Cat and I in either north county San Diego or south county Orange County. I teach fitness full time in Mission Viejo and Carlsbad. My schedule is random so some days I’ll be home during the day, others I’ll be gone all day. I could give you an overview of my schedule so you can know when to expect me and when you’ll have the place to yourself. I also do theater so weeknights I’m usually at rehearsal. Lenny (my cat) is super sweet, well behaved, and completely litter box trained. He’s also hypoallergenic and an ESA! Ideally I’d keep the litter box in a bathroom, but I can keep it in my room if needed I would love to be friendly with my roommate but am also okay keeping to myself.
