Very responsible, respectful. Most people say I have good energy. I have a rehearsal space for my band but would sometimes play guitar/sing at home...I can be respectful of only doing that at hours that make sense for both of us. I am pretty easy to work with & communication up front is everything. My boyfriend might come spend the night once a week. Looking for an arrangement where I vibe with my roommate and maybe visit here and there but with the understanding we don't need to hang out all the time.:)
