It includes: -Parking in the back and good parking in the area -Washer/dryer in unit -Heat/hot water -Shared kitchen and bathroom -Living room is furnished with sofa, 55” tv, desk, bar/dining table -Large bedroom with dresser and wardrobe closet. A/c unit included. You will need to bring a bed. My primary residence is a house in CT that I spend the weekends at with my husband and pets. I use this apartment 2-3 nights during the week and if needed the weekend when on call. I’m quiet and like to keep this place clean. My husband and friendly dog visit one day a week.
