I am an actor, producer and filmmaker so I am gone often creating something fun in the community. I do expect to be able to bring a girl over every now and then. I do come and go at weird hours so if you are a light sleeper it might not be a great fit. not loud at all but if i get home from work at 1130 and want to cook i want to know i dont have to walk on eggshells ya know. a mechanic so very handy. I dont need a ton of room but I would like an area to put my tools 3 foot by 3 foot area. looking for a month to month but plan on living there for about a year maybe a bit more.
