Hello Austin! I recently relocated from the San Francisco Bay Area, where I lived for 16 years, and am looking for a lovely, peaceful place to call home while I explore this new chapter in Texas. What I'm looking for: Rental term: Month-to-month Property: Detached cottage, guesthouse, casita, ADU, or small house (private entrance and no shared living spaces preferred) Location: Quiet, pleasant neighborhood. I'm currently staying near East MLK / Mueller and really like the area, but I'm open to discovering other parts of Austin Budget: Flexible, depending on the property Move-in: November 1 or November 7, 2026 Owner-direct rental preferred A little about me: I'm a mature, responsible tech professional originally from Europe who has spent the last 16 years living in the San Francisco Bay Area. I'm financially stable, considerate, very clean, and value a peaceful, well-maintained living environment. I work on my computer, enjoy nature and greenery, and take excellent care of the spaces I live in. I've always maintained wonderful relationships with my previous landlords.
