It’s residential but around the corner from the Studios and a mile away from Tujunga Village, Trader Joe’s, CVS, numerous bars, restaurants, nail salons, shops etc. on and along Ventura and Laurel Canyon Blvd. This area of Ventura is known as Sushi Row, the highest concentration of sushi spots in the US, second to Tokyo worldwide.
