The use of the one parking stall could be solely available to use if that is the agreement we work out. I do not have any pets and prefer no pets as I am allergic to cats and the apartment is too small for most dogs. I am located in a very nice neighborhood with a shopping center and restaurants directly across a small street. I have lived here for over 4 years so there is no move in cost but you may have to pay the management a fee to do a credit/ background check which is about $. Washer and Dryer are in the unit. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there isn't an elevator so you have to be ok climbing stairs daily.
